Kimberly J. Gehr

Kimberly J. Gehr, "Kj", is a Southern Oregon native. Kj has been advocating for clients in the legal profession for five years; three as an attorney and two as court certified law clerk. Kj has experience advocating at the circuit court level as well as the Administrative Court level. Kj has practiced in Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Curry/Coos, Douglas, Lane, Linn, Marion, Benton, and Crook counties.

As an effective trial court advocate, Kj recognizes the importance and value of relationship building with opposing counsel, judicial staff, court staff and judges. Kj's 12-years in the private sector prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate (JD) and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, imparted crucial skills in communication, negotiation, and critical thinking.

Kj was raised by a land developer/builder and a conservationist. The dinner conversation was intense but productive. Kj learned there is always a common ground to be found between points of view that initially seem unreconcilable.

Kj and her husband Charles are outdoor enthusiasts who love to sail, fly fish, raft, camp, and advocate for natural spaces and places.
